What types of returns are accepted?
We accept returns to Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and most major retailers including Target, Walmart, and Nordstrom. We can handle packages up to 30 pounds and standard box sizes. For oversized items, please contact us before booking.
Do I need a return label?
If you have a physical label, just attach it to the package before pickup (or we can print it for $2).
  • If you have an Amazon QR code, you can simply text it to us, email it, or upload it through our service request form. We’ll take your item to the appropriate drop-off location (such as UPS Store, Whole Foods, or Kohl’s), where the QR code will be scanned—no label required.
How will I know my item was dropped off?
We provide peace of mind with our confirmation system. You’ll receive a photo of your package at the drop-off location along with a receipt or confirmation number (when available). Confirmations are typically sent via text or WhatsApp, but we’re happy to send them by email if you prefer—just let us know your preferred contact method.
